It is а very friendly, cozy and pleasant place in the center of Tehran. Creating the interior of this coffee shop, I was inspired by retro images and shapes. "Ccafe" is not just a cafe, but some kind of a social club.

The project is developing 8,000 m², nearly 40% of which will be devoted to hosting a predominantly catering and leisure program, in the form of a large rock-climbing room. The office program will host the flex office brand Newton Offices. The programmatic diversity of the project creates a building who lives in several rhythms. Each to their own turn, the different uses enliven the project throughout throughout the day. As the seasons go by, life unfolds or folds up on the square and the terraces.

A space everyone knows and many architects have fantasized about. First we brought in a flood of daylight with 10 skylights and a huge facade. The trusses were a gift from the building. The new steel structure is detailed accordingly. A combination of new and used materials were selected for the finishes. Many of them of touchable nature.
