Remarkable reconstruction of a classical tenement house in the historical centre of Prague intended to serve its original purpose.

From this beautiful golf academy and clubhouse in Aqaba, to the Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium and beyond, stadium architecture and design has become a science and an art form.

The project's site was originally an elementary school, and later located the factory of an enterprise, with buildings in poor condition. The surrounding area is mainly occupied by waterfront residences of the villagers, and in the front of the site, a memorial archway of chastity and filial piety, built in Qing Dynasty in year 1790, has been preserved.

This project is the very first “rammed earth” implementation in Costa Rica. Two minimalist-shaped villas designed for short-term rent partially levitate above the edge of a steep hill of the overgrown jungle and bring endless views of the Pacific Ocean. Both villas were designed with respect to sustainability and the surrounding wild environment.

This project (an area of 20 hectares)is located in the southwest of Iran and in a city with very high oil and economic resources. Mahshahr city as an old city with 3000 years of history unfortunately has lost its historical works for unknown reasons. The wars in this region of Iran has caused that the city is turned into an immigrant taking city from surrounding war zones as well as an area for attracting human resources in special economic zones and large petrochemicals.

Wutopia Lab’s design for the fairytale parent-child bookstore, the Miro store of Duoyun Bookstore, for Jiangsu Spring Blossom Culture and Creative Town, was inaugurated in October at Dream Town in Yancheng, Jiangsu.

The Tehran-based architecture studio ZAV Architects has recently completed Presence in Hormuz 2, a community of Superadobe earthbag domes that empowers its residents. Built with earth-based materials, these colorful domes were constructed with the help of local residents looking to revive their local economy.
