This 6-storey townhouse is located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, surrounded by lakes and dense forests. It enables owners to take a journey to Shenzhen Bay and the South China Sea right from their front door. Drawing on various artworks of both Chinese and foreign masters of art, the designers mix Eastern elegance or Western aesthetics, Chinese charm or French classics, colourful ink or black and white minimalism, to infuse the space with different artistic spirits, making the space not only skillfully crafted but also rhythmical.

''El Alambique'' house, located in the Puembo region at the outskirts of Quito, between the Chiche and Guambí rivers has been located at a sloped site, overlooking a ravine. One of the design challenges was to sort out a home with a 70% first floor architectural program under the sloped topographic conditions, while allowing the internal garden to be mostly flat and fluidly connected to the inner and outdoor activities.

How to create a single-family home, comfortable, functional and out of the ordinary, in a lot with dimensions of 4 x 69 meters without dying in the attempt. This was our challenge when designing “kaleidos House”.

This site sits in very dense and developed area of Ahmedabad in a plot size of about 1580 sft. The plot is North facing and square in shape. this was clients old house used by past two generations of family. He wanted to keep some elements of the ground floor as a memory and convert the existing built up house into private office with guest house.

C6 house is located in Xuan Hoa ward, Phuc Yen city, Vinh Phuc province. Phuc Yen is the gateway city of Vinh Phuc province, adjacent to Hanoi city in the south, 30km from the center of the capital. The house is the living space of a young couple and their two sons. The owner want a modern space, close to nature and great connection between family members.
