Planned to be built at Estrella del Sur Street (Southern Star street) in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico. This 80 square-meters industrial loft is designed by mexican architetcure studio Teammx.

DT design has used a style different from an ordinary bathroom. Using materials such as glass and marble to give as much purity and reflex to the environment. The whole idea is to bring nature as close as possible to the environment inside. Using these glass windows enables the entry of abundant light inside the bathroom and also a better view of nature outside.

A concept design idea for community green space floating on the water and providing close contact to nature by Miroslav Naskov. The design provides walk routes for the visitors and nice breather spots for resting and enjoying the surroundings. A rich variety of plant species create a unique atmosphere of comfort and tranquillity.

The project was designed as a futuristic HQ for LYX arkitekter. The building is a bold statement in the middle of nature. Its organic seamless shape has been sculptured and tuned carefully with the parametric pattern which in his turn is filling the gaps between the vanishing ornaments and form the building identity.

The Valencia-based architecture studio Fran Silvestre Arquitectos has recently completed Pati Blau a minimal residence located in Valencia, Spain. It was in the Muslim era when the so-called farmhouses were concentrating the population of the Ribera Alta, although some of these settlements had an Iberian origin. Over time these population centers have become places connected to the big city in a simple way and with an enviable quality of life.
