Peter Stasek Architects: The topography of the property with a height difference of over 11 m and a wedge-shaped shape were the basic starting points for the formation of the building. On this basis, a terrace-like building was designed according to the course of the site with outer walls running parallel to the property boundaries. In this way it was not only possible to develop a harmonious architecture for the topography, but also to achieve the optimal use of the property. Due to the inclination of the west facade to the terraces with large windows, it was achieved that the view from the interior does not run against the slope but allows a panoramic view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

In addition to a spacious living area on two floors, the building also has an office with a separate entrance on the lowest floor. One of the special features of the living concept is an outdoor kitchen that can be walked into from the indoor kitchen. The standard equipment here is also an integrated elevator over all three floors.

The materials used mainly consist of exposed concrete (walls and ceilings), glass fronts in Sky-Frame, chrome-plated steel supports via Mies van der Rohe and all floors in a concrete look. Large-format tiles measuring 1.50 x 2.80 m were used as wall and floor cladding in the bathrooms.

Although the interiors are very generously designed (e.g. living area with an open kitchen is almost 100 square meters), no disruptive supports were required within these areas thanks to the ingenious statics. The heating was designed on the basis of a heat pump.
