LOCUS: SHV 17 is a residence nested within the elegant row housing at Marigona Hill, one of the Prishtina’s most prestigious neighborhoods.  While the house shares the exterior architectural language of its surrounding, the interiors are thoughtfully tailored to reflect the lifestyle of the family.

This house is a journey, a narrative woven based on of a family’s love for travel. Each space is a distinct chapter, unfolding different moods and landscapes.

The white walls of the living space, inspired by sun-drenched beaches, evoke a sense of endless horizons and tranquil shores. The basement floor which is a relax and spa area, consist of the deep red walls evoking the vibrant energy of London, the favorite family city. Climbing to the upper floor, the colors shift to earthy greens and warm tones root you in nature.

Finally, the attic—ANDRRA’s world—is the climax of the home—its towering walls reflect majestic mountains, and a skylight invites the soul to rise toward the sky, offering a true escape.
