DIB architects: This 80m² apartment in the new "Sobytie" residential complex is more than just a home—it’s a reflection of its owner: a 24-year-old woman who adores pastel tones and delicate details. The challenge was complex: to blend classical aesthetics with the lightness of minimalism, transforming the space into a "jewelry box."
Through reconfiguration, we created an open-plan kitchen-living area, a master bedroom, a walk-in closet, a master bathroom, a guest bathroom, a laundry room, an entrance hall, and a balcony.
The 4-meter ceilings became the space’s greatest asset. Moldings and rosettes emphasized the nobility of classicism, while hidden niche lighting added depth. A mirrored portal in the TV zone expanded the space—the reflection of the moldings created an illusion of infinity.
The walls acted as a canvas for a soft palette: pearl, pale blue, and chocolate tones. The furniture featured clean silhouettes with a hint of vintage—distressed mirror fronts, gold and bronze accents, but without excessive ornamentation.
This project was special for us—a challenge that pushed us beyond our comfort zone. Accustomed to contemporary spaces, we suddenly immersed ourselves in the world of delicate classicism, as if discovering a new design language.
The result is an apartment where every detail speaks of its owner—elegant yet unpretentious, feminine but free from decor overload. A timeless classic infused with modernity.
