The assignment consisted of the development of a real estate project for a housing complex. It began with the selection of a 376 m² plot of land, followed by the project, direction, and construction management of the PH (Horizontal Property) consisting of 4 functional units of 80 m² each.

Bruma is a four-unit housing complex within the jungle of Tulum. Each of the units has its own outdoor space, where the main concept is to create a sanctuary of comfort and disconnection, with spaces that provide privacy and contact with nature.

Located in the central lot of Zac Chandon-République Gennevilliers, the 91-unit mixed-housing project faces the park. The orthogonal plan adopts a relatively simple and sober organization that gives a particular identity to the place, dividing the project into six volumes of different heights, linked together by glass walkways.
