Located on Boulevard Voltaire, this apartment consists of a waiting area, two living rooms, a dining room, a bibliotech, and four bedrooms. The apartment creates a functional and stylish space located against the magnificent view of Paris. In the living room, which opens to the dining room, the modern fireplace, furnished with ceramics in pale pastel pink tones, creates a unique ambiance with baseboards in brass details. Velvet and leather fabrics were used together with brass and root wood details in the seating elements.

First of all, we believe that the apartment is very attractively located: above the arch, as if between two buildings — a former tea factory built in 1914, from which the apartment inherited a classy brick wall, and the former building of Calculating-Analytical Machines Factory where in peacetime the first in the USSR vacuum tube electronic computing machine, as well as the next generation computers were designed.

The generous space asked for a generous approach. The apartment is located in the Old Town of Prague and with its 250 sqm extends on a full floor of a refurbished residential building from late 1920’s. The architecture of the building suggests a stylistic shift from art deco to early functionalism, which became the inspiration for our interior concept. It is based on timeless materials, refined details and a lot of bespoke and in-built furniture.
