The architectural competition Eco Center in Stryi, Ukraine, part of the INSPIRELI AWARDS, has come to a close. The challenge called for designs of a new Eco Educational Center in the city of Stryi, envisioned as a hub for education, community life, and sustainable development in the region.

The competition brought together students, architects, and engineers from across the globe, who contributed their architectural ideas to support the first steps of Ukraine’s recovery. In total, 35 projects were submitted by 89 participants from 14 countries.

“The aim of INSPIRELI FOR UKRAINE competitions is not only to aid the reconstruction of a country devastated by war but also to provide a platform for creative collaboration and the exchange of ideas that may serve local communities in the future,” the organizers stated.

All submitted projects are available for the public to view at: www.inspireli.com/stryi.

The Eco Center in Stryi follows previous competition in the INSPIRELI FOR UKRAINE series (Fire station in Dnipro), a unique platform connecting young talents with the real needs of a nation on its path to recovery.
