The calming interior of a yoga studio

As in the golden hour after sunrise, the inscription "Rascvet" (blossom) shines on the wall.

The interior of the yoga studio with such a telling name is the work of designer Katya Okhvatova. She managed to create a serene space where people come not just to do yoga, but also to listen to themselves. Like breathing practices, the interior sets its own special rhythm. Visually it is manifested in the fluted surface of the reception desk, handmade macramé lampshade, waves on the mustard-colored drapes. Mirrors awaken awareness, and the abundance of natural materials refers to the depths of human nature.Delicate mustard accents envelop the interior with sunny warmth. This shade in yoga symbolizes the inflow of vital energy. The interior fills and inspires to creation.Tactile perception plays an important role here.

Relief and veneered surfaces, textiles and drapes pleasant to the touch - all this concentrates a person's attention on their sensations. The space allows you to achieve not only physical but also emotional comfort. It is as if it were outside of time, embodying a kind of nullification. The absence of visual noise, thanks to beige-gray tones and minimalist textures, develops into a conscious living of the moment and deep concentration. Space allows you to achieve not only physical but also emotional comfort. It seems to be outside of time, embodying a kind of nullification.

The absence of visual noise, thanks to beige and gray tones and minimalist textures, translates into a conscious living of the moment and deep concentration. The arches make movement smooth and evoke a sense of trust and belonging. Their motif is echoed by the blind arch at the reception area, into which the shelving unit fits seamlessly. Hidden doors and canvases in the color of the walls do not break the space, emphasizing its laconism and harmony. The studio also has a socializing and tea drinking area where visitors can interact with like-minded people. This maintains a warm community atmosphere. The interior of the studio helps in the search for inner peace and reflection on external manifestations."
