Monika Pancheva: Seaside Haven is a modern architectural marvel situated on Portugal's breathtaking shoreline. With 210 square meters of carefully designed space, this home masterpiece offers an unmatched living experience by the sea. With its rigid, geometric shapes, the building makes a dramatic silhouette against the seaside scenery. In addition to guaranteeing longevity in the face of the hostile maritime climate, using concrete as the main material also adds to the building's simple appearance.

The architecture of Seaside Haven is a tasteful fusion of contemporary style and unspoiled landscape. The house is filled with natural light because to its large floor to ceiling windows, which frame stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. The well-planned layout of the open concept living areas optimizes the relationship between the beautiful exterior and interior, fostering a tranquil space for its occupants.

With a muted color scheme and well-chosen furnishings that heighten the feeling of openness and peace, the interior design places an emphasis on elegance and simplicity. For a unified and cozy living space, every room is intended to allow for a smooth flow from one space to another.

The project's design was greatly influenced by its coastal environment. Large terraces for outdoor gatherings and well-planned ventilation to take use of the cooling sea air are just a couple of the characteristics that are included to meet the special needs of living by the sea. The space offers lots of light and fresh air. It is situated high enough on the coast, so the big tides don’t affect it.
