Maden Group: "Prizreni i Ri" is an attractive multipurpose complex to be built in Prizren, Kosovo. Complex has the character of contemporary architecture, including the shape, including the materials of the buildings with which the blocks are formed. The complex contains attractive green spaces, residential and business parking lots, pedestrian paths, galleries, ramps, spaces for technical infrastructure with the aim of promoting safe qualitative residential spaces.

"Prizreni i Ri" includes residential blocks connected to each other and separated by passages at the same time to enable maximum permeability in the plot. Each residential block has a degree of flexibility, creating dynamism in the silhouette of the block. In the open and common spaces between the buildings of the complex, green and recreational spaces will prevail, which will provide a relaxing and calmer environment for residents of all ages in the complex. Avoiding the monotony of the facades and creating good experiences is achieved by removing cubic spaces within the block, creating attractive passages and spaces with panoramic views for the residents and filled with greenery.

The treatment of the floors through the horizontal strip at every 3 heights, which goes through the whole block, gives the experience as if the blocks are lower, more environmental and at the same time more dynamic. Also, the dynamism of the complex is achieved through the shaping of the roofs of the blocks, reflecting also on the analogy of the roofs of the residential and cultural buildings of Prizren.
