Transforming a bare attic in the centre of Innsbruck into a home ready to welcome the many stories of a traveller: this was the aim of the latest project undertaken by NOA.

: OCC International is a key livelihood project of the city's 14th Five-Year Plan and is included in the 2022 Linyi Central City Infrastructure and Key Projects Construction Plan. The project is located in the central business district of Linyi CBD, which is the core of the city's capital, and has been selected by the city's craftsmen to accelerate the rise of the capital field and inject galloping energy into the corporate ambitions.

The project transforms an old bar in Vila Madalena, in São Paulo, into the headquarters of Mãe Terra, a food company. The objective was to bring together the administrative, innovation and product development areas, as well as spaces for experimenting with food and experiencing the company's work philosophy.

Reconstruction and renovation of Helfštýn Castle Palace. Rising high above the Moravian Gate valley, Helfštýn Castle is the second largest complex in the Czech Republic right after Prague Castle. Helfštýn was established in the 14th century.

The brief was to create an additional floor on top of the existing home that was designed by JAM* architecten fifteen years ago. The new space needed to be flexible for all the members of the family to use. The addition needed to be multi-functional so that it could accommodate their personal and professional lives while always having a connection to the natural surroundings. The house is situated on an island known as IJburg in Amsterdam.

In recent years, the aviation industry in China has accelerated rapidly. As the first practice for gad to adopt general contracting mode of EPC project, the project integrates design creativity and construction activities, and constantly adjust materials, process, cost, construction quality, schedule, coordination and management and other links, so as to achieve a high degree of completion of the design.

Located in the southwest of Quzhou City, Quzhou Lixian Future community extends to Xinyuan Road in the east, Shuanggang Bridge in the south, Qujiang in the west, and Yanjiadu Island across the river. The community master plan focuses on openness; The neighborhood center and community kindergarten are arranged in the community land center, to facilitate the sharing of community resources; The ground floor of the community is raised, an open, shared three-dimensional overhead slow traffic system is built to connect the residential groups, neighborhood center and kindergarten in the community, and to connect Yanjiayu Island across the river, so as to establish a truly open, accessible, playable and safe urban public space while realizing the separation of people and vehicles, blurring the boundary between the community and the city; Community and urban public services and functions such as vegetable market, shops, preschool education centers, elderly nursing institutions, and entrepreneurial support are arranged around the ground floor of the community, so as to realize urbanism outside the community.
