Yani Ernst: Earth BnB is a biomorphic desert retreat that draws its inspiration from the rugged beauty of the rocks and stones found in the Arabian Desert. These thoughtfully designed stays, constructed using earth and sand from the site, embody the essence of sustainability and reverence for the desert's natural wonders.
Design:
Earth BnB's cabins take cues from the shapes of sand and clay rocks that grace the desert landscape. Embracing the raw textures and contours found in nature, each cabin reflects the serenity and harmony of the surrounding environment.
Seamless Integration:
As the cabins rise from the very earth they rest upon, they become an authentic extension of the desert. Blending harmoniously with the desert's terrain, each cabin offers guests an immersive experience, allowing them to be one with nature. Furthermore, the cabins represent a modern interpretation of traditional architecture, celebrating the spirit of the Arabian Desert.
Biophilic Elements:
Step inside the cabins, and you'll discover biophilic elements that further enhance the connection with nature. Large windows frame breathtaking views, while natural materials and earth tones create a soothing and nurturing ambiance.
About
At Studio 7.83 we specialise in nature-inspired bio-architecture that integrates sustainable materials and innovative technologies to create spaces in harmony with the planet on not just a visual, but also an energetic level.
I believe that a building should not only exist within its environment, but become a part of it. Our designs strive to embody the natural flow of energy in the environment and enhance the lives of those who inhabit them.
For the following concepts, I have been using different kinds of software (Sketchup, Rhino) along with AI enhancement (SDXL, Midjourney, Veras.ai, Prome.ai) and Photoshop (+Generative Fill) to render my imagination of places in harmony with nature.
