The 2024 cycle of FuturArc Prize (FAP), which advocates sustainable architecture ideas, is ongoing! Will your Green design take the prize this year?

FuturArc Prize was launched in 2007 by FuturArc magazine to generate forward-thinking sustainable design ideas through various themes. Celebrating innovation and excellence, FuturArc Prize has long been regarded as Asia's premier platform for promoting sustainability-focused design proposals in response to pertinent topics.

This cycle, the theme of FAP 2024 is ARCHITECTURE FOR LIFE AFTER … that looks at how architecture can bring hope and renewal following extreme conditions, a crucial consideration in today's rapidly changing world.

The brief calls for entrants to propose architectural solutions in Asian sites for the continuation of life after either one or both of the following scenarios: Climate Destruction and/or Endings. The international competition is open to architecture professionals and students/graduates from anywhere in the world, with up to SGD20,500 total cash prizes to be won.

The competition, organised by BCI Central, is now open for registration and submission until 9 February 2024.
