LinaSavina Studio: This project represents soft eclectic classics in a palette of the northern capital, from which the homeowners moved to Moscow.

In Moscow, where the city's hustle and bustle remind one of the endless movement of metropolitan life, lies an oasis of tranquility and sophistication—a three-room apartment inspired by the spirit of St. Petersburg. Covering an area of 110 square meters, this space has become not just a new home for its owners, but a true continuation of their previous life on the banks of the Neva River. After moving to the capital, this family of four didn’t want to say goodbye to their beloved city, so they decided to bring the atmosphere of St. Petersburg into the interior of their new home.

From the moment you step over the threshold of this apartment, you find yourself in a space where every detail seems to tell a story. A spacious hall, reminiscent of the enfilades of St. Petersburg palaces, draws the eye through the entire apartment, much like a long promenade along Nevsky Prospect. Light plays on crystal chandeliers, reflecting in a multitude of gleams, like sunbeams dancing on the waters of the Neva on a clear day. These chandeliers, installed in the dining area and the hall, not only illuminate the space but also lend it a sense of grandeur and elegance, characteristic of the ceremonial halls of St. Petersburg.

Here, every decision is not just a nod to fashion, but a deeply considered choice. The soft pastel tones of the walls, predominantly in gray and neutral shades, evoke the overcast morning walks along the embankments of the Neva when the city, not yet fully awake, quietly whispers its stories through the rustle of leaves and the murmur of water. Classical cornices, tall baseboards, and other decorative elements refer us to the historic architecture of St. Petersburg, creating an atmosphere of noble antiquity while also infusing the interior with contemporary, dynamic accents.

In this apartment, the space serves as a connecting thread, merging tradition and modernity. The kitchen, combined with the living room, creates an open, unified space for communication, where morning breakfasts seamlessly transition into evening family dinners under the light of those very crystal chandeliers. This is not just a kitchen—it is a symbol of openness and hospitality, where every family member can find their place, and friends and loved ones are always welcome.

The master bedroom is an oasis of comfort and tranquility. Here, soft textures and natural materials create an atmosphere where one can relax and forget the noise of the big city. Warm tones, gentle lines of the furniture, and muted lighting all contribute to a sense of complete relaxation. In this room, time seems to slow down, offering peace and serenity.

The children's rooms each tell a different story. One is bright and sunny, like a spring day when the first rays of sunlight break through the clouds over the Gulf of Finland, delighting the younger child and creating an atmosphere of joy and carefreeness. The second room is a calm, harmonious space for the older child, equipped with everything necessary for studying and creativity. A workspace by the window, filled with natural light, inspires new ideas and helps maintain focus on schoolwork.

Functionality is thought out to the smallest detail. A spacious storage system along the walls of the corridor and hall allows for more space in other areas, making the apartment feel light and airy. Two bathrooms, one of which adjoins the master bedroom, provide additional comfort for all family members, harmoniously combining modern materials and equipment with classic design elements.

This interior is not just a place to live. It is a space where history and modernity intertwine, where every corner breathes the atmosphere of St. Petersburg, and every element of the interior is carefully thought out. Here, time flows differently, offering peace and tranquility, allowing the residents to enjoy comfort and warmth while feeling a connection to their beloved city. This Moscow apartment has become a true continuation of their St. Petersburg life—cozy, elegant, filled with light and heartfelt warmth.
