n the last years, we have had the pleasure of supporting the music streaming provider Soundcloud in re-designing their existing Headquarters in Berlin. In corona times, with the office as we know it at risk of existence, Soundcloud took the proactive step of acquiring an additional floor so that their employees could have more space.

On the Hauptstrasse in Berlin Schöneberg GRAFT revitalized the historical post office premises, expanding it with two new buildings and converting the original rooftops for commercial purposes. Thus a 32,000m² modern ensemble accessible to the public was created comprising offices, restaurants, retail outlets and apartments.

This is a renovation project in Germany. This space has a good view of the Berlin TV Tower and this was very important for the employer. Therefore, we removed the previous windows that existed in this space and used large windows for better visibility and view.
