Tarasy II - another SGI investment. Unconventional design and thoughtful solutions for clients seeking exceptional apartments

SGI has begun the implementation of a new investment project. Located in Lower Mokotów, Tarasy II is an intimate development created for those who value comfort, convenience, and aesthetics. The carefully planned architecture blends modern design with practical solutions, creating unique spaces surrounded by greenery.

An investment full of innovative solutions.

The building’s architecture, featuring spacious terraces, naturally blends into the green landscape of this part of Warsaw. This boutique investment includes 45 apartments of varying sizes, ranging from 42 m² to 160 m². It has been created for those who appreciate  elegance and comfort in a tranquil setting. The project is distinguished by its spacious gardens, terraces, and balconies. The top floor is equipped with spiral staircases leading to the rooftop terrace. A grand entrance with a covered gate and a concierge service will ensure residents’ safety. For their comfort, a playground and a recreational area have also been provided.

The investment, designed by the renowned HRA Architekci architectural studio, will feature an attractively shaped structure that offers both scenic views and privacy. A key highlight of the investment is the open, view-oriented corners with balconies and panoramic windows, as well as the top floor with large terraces and spiral staircases leading to the roof. The ground-floor apartments will have spacious gardens. What will complement the entire project and reference the building’s design style is the interiors of the common areas, designed by Bajer Sokół Team, an award-winning studio recognized in Polish and international design competitions.

Panoramic wooden windows, which are a key compositional element of the building's facade, will perfectly illuminate the interiors. Each apartment will be equipped with elegant external blinds, underfloor heating, a ventilation system with heat recovery, and a KNX Smart Home system. This system will allow residents to remotely control heating, lighting, and other electrical devices, providing comfort and enhancing energy efficiency.

Surrounded by nature

An integral part of the project will be carefully designed greenery, consisting of elegant compositions of trees and shrubs, and a mix  of blooming and evergreen plants. The design includes private zones, as well as a common area with two designated play and recreation zones, offering residents a serene retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle.
